Very nicely located ... friendly service (but not intrusive) and we ate something delicious there! ... really highly recommended. When the weather is nice, you can also sit by the small lake.

Traditional cuisine interpreted in a modern way. An ambience from the good old days - grandma’s sofa or the large dining room invite you to a cozy get-together ... the small menu offers fish, game or meat dishes - starters or dessert, everything as you would expect! In addition, the host has a good selection of wines or spirits to round off every evening! The staff is attentive and you can trust your recommendations! Price-performance are very balanced! That's how it should be!

An ideal spot for a break when, like us, you are out on your bike. Service was quick and very polite despite the usual Sunday afternoon coffee cake. A biscuit is served with the coffee. Beer was cool.

Always nice, actually. Today the outdoor area at the lake was suddenly only open to guests who had reserved. Brand new and completely unnecessary. So you can also scare away guests who usually like to come. So please not again.

Unfortunately, I only saw the outside of the restaurant due to time constraints, but that's also a wonderful location. In summer, the Great Mill Lake is the absolute attraction. The garden restaurant is also right on the lake. You look out over the water, eat something, drink something and then take a nice walk through the Alster Valley. Great

Great food and environment. Perfect for hanging out or to dine. As a tourist, the food they serve have represented local food at an extraordinary level. I must say, this place is a must to be visited

Recommendable! In good weather you can sit outside by the lake. Otherwise inside in the rustic mill. The service tries hard. Very good dishes and nicely decorated. We tried fresh fish from the tank and the huge veal schnitzel. Classic & seasonal cuisine, as well as coffee + cake Rightly a popular destination!
